Preventing and Resolving Workplace Bullying Claims – the FWC’s perspective

This will be a full day workshop presented by two senior members of the Fair Work Commission: 



Senior Deputy President Hamberger,

 and 




Deputy President Lyndall Dean. 


The workshop will draw on the FWC’s own experience, together with the latest research.

The workshop will cover topics including:

  • The legal framework, including recent case law;
  • How to minimise the incidence of bullying allegations (including how to deal appropriately with under performance); and
  • How to deal with workplace bullying allegations.
A light lunch and morning and afternoon tea, and refreshments at the conclusion of the workshop are included.
